Confused Americans for Truth - Another Story Goes Blooey
Michelle Malkin is reporting on a story appearing in the Drudge Report about the latest anti-Bush charge coming from the Kerry campaign.
Okay, right off the bat there is something downright goofy about three links in one sentence. Let me try again. Kerry is blasting Bush about some explosives missing from an Iraqi weapons cache. It turns out, however, that the weapons went missing before the invasion.
Okay people, it's time for some cat-style common sense.
- Kerry's point is still valid, it's just that he's targeting the wrong guy. It was Saddam Hussein, not George Bush, who lost the weapons. So, what Kerry really meant to say was: Saddam is not qualified to be President. I think that may count as another flip-flop.
- The story first appeared in the New York Times, but it was CBS News that originally verified it. What is wrong with this idiot newspaper? A CBS News by-line should be the kiss of death on stories like this!
Respectfully submitted,
