Notes from Ferdy - Farenheit Bin Laden
Wizbang, Captain's Quarters, and A Small Victory have all pointed out that the latest Bin Laden Tape makes a point taken from Michael Moore's Farenheit 9/11, namely that Bush finished an engagement at Booker Elementary School rather than rushing immediately to Ground Zero.
But there is another important point in Moore's movie that the others don't mention: namely, the interlocking financial web that connects Bush and the Saudi Royal Family to Osama bin Laden himself. This is why Bush allowed Bin Laden's family to leave the country rather than holding them hostage in order to draw bin Laden out of hiding.
I'm just a cat, so I'm not very good at unraveling conspiracy theories, but the obvious conclusion seems to me that if Bush wins, Osama will make a visit to the White House early next year to thank the Administration for helping his family. Chances are excellent that the FBI will be able to arrest him as soon as he sits down in the Oval Office. Just one more reason to vote for Bush.
Respectfully submitted,

My comment is: Bush kept reading to the children for an additional 5-7 minutes and preferred a graceful exit rather than scare the kids. Good for him. I wish that I could find the story whereas Kerry said that he and Diana Finestein (sp) could not move or say anything for 30 minutes. That's fine, too. But who jumped into action and who was gathering their thoughts? I thought so. You have a great site, and I look forward to my daily visit. -Zeke

I have always seen that 9-11 attack as the moment when all my political views readjusted, and the moment that W was forced to behave as a leader or become the babbling idiot I believed he was. To his credit, he did the former.
