Notes from Ferdy - Will Ducking Bob Woodward Cook Kerry's Goose?
The Art of the Blog has posted a story regarding Kerry's refusal to answer some questions about Iraq posed by Bob Woodward. The consensus seems to be that Kerry is too cowardly to commit himself to an actual opinion. This is a reasonable view, but I can't agree. I can't see a cowardly man marrying Theresa Heinz. I think the actual problem is that Kerry is not a cat.
To see this, you first have to understand that John Kerry has psychic powers. In particular, he is able to predict the past. Just hop over to his web site and you'll see it's full of predictions about how things would have been better if he'd been in charge. Most cats have this same power, which is how I was able to recognize it. The problem is, Kerry is only able to predict the past after it happens. (This is not a problem for me. For example, I predict that on November 3rd it will turn out that the reason the Democrats didn't win back the House is they couldn't get their message out to the voters.)
Anyway, too many of Bob Woodward's questions involve answers that could possibly be proven wrong sometime in the next few months, so Kerry can't afford to address them. Personally, I'm glad that Kerry knows his limitations and is unwilling to commit to a course of action until he's already seen the results.
In fact, I predict that if Kerry is sitting in the White House next January 20th, you'll be glad for every single thing he doesn't do.
Respectfully submitted,

Nice post; there is a certain feline wisdom in your words about being glad for everything Kerry doesn't do. =D
