The Human Element - Halloween-ers

Ever notice the proximity of Halloween and Election Day? I should know; my little sister drags me out every year for Trick-or-Treating and my birthday is almost the same week of Election day. (No happy birthdays, please, I've had enough.) I mean, what the heck? First the kids try to scare us, and then the adults? What gives?! Is the entire country so against the idea of security that the country allows kids to run around in bloody suits just days before the election concerning war?! WHY, AMERICA!! WHY?!

*gasp* *wheeze* I'll be fine in a minute... *wheeze*
