Notes from Ferdy - A Holiday Wish
Please accept from myself, Bruce, Peg-Eye Nate, Barb Gigamaster, Power Beyond Imagining, and our families, this wish for
HAPPY HOLIDAYS
And when we say "Happy Holidays", what we mean is Please have a happy holiday season no matter what holiday you're celebrating. not Please have a happy holiday season because we're afraid saying "Merry Christmas" will offend somebody.
May the new year bring prosperity (likely), peace (hopefully), and a new environment of tolerance and understanding in which you can express a friendly sentiment without having it interpreted as a controversial political statement (I'm not holding my breath).
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat

And to prove that we aren't saying Happy Holidays because it might offend somebody, I have selflessly offered to invoke the wrath of the ACLU and say, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
