Funny Stuff - I Bring You Music!
Moving away from the standard mold here...
I saw this flash which is based on a Heavy Metal version of the theme song to a cartoon that was popular at one time. I then reasoned that since I was making an update based soley on the music of a toon, I should take this opportunity to post some more of my favorite flash music videos.
Here's the most recent of the bunch. Warning: the s-word is used once in this flash.
This flash and this Sprite Movie both feature music from the same band. I have yet to hear a song by this band that I didn't like. Granted I've only heard about four or five of their songs, but they were still good. On that note, this Origami Tutorial features piano versions of six of this band's songs.
Occasionally, the music that is used for a particular flash was taken from a section of Newgrounds called the Audio Portal. Here are two of those flashes. This was intended for an artist collaboration that never was, and in this one, the artist slowed down the music from its original speed.
The guy who made this one also has a pretty decent web comic. It is found here.
Here's a comical "Japanese" (partly) song. Rated PG for very mild language.
Phew, that was a lot! The last song for this update is my all time favorite. In my opinion this is the best piece of non-classical music that I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. I give you the extraordinary flash Rockman Neo. Best when played LOUD!!
Author's note: I would like to extend an invitation to all those who read my posts to join me in my quest to find reasonably high quality entertainment on the net and bring it to all those around. I'm sure everyone has noticed that I only post links to one site. It's the only site I know of where I can find any good entertainment these days. However, if anyone knows of any other sites I should look through, let me know in a comment, and I'll take a look around the site. Also, if anyone has any questions, comments, concerns, or suggestions regarding the tasks I perform, please let me know. I am always happy to listen to what the public thinks of me.
