Eternal Questions - 03/30/05: The Simple Life
Does Paris Hilton realize that the purpose of her TV show is to demonstrate how stupid she is?

I think she is too stupid to realize this. She probably thinks the show is to further her inflated ego! Her vanity makes her so ugly to me.

Hey, that's why it's called The *Simple* Life!

That's a great question!
Is she too stupid to understand how the show ratings are affecting her marketability? I doubt it.
Is she too stupid to keep "riding the wave?" Maybe.
Is she too stupid to gracefully quit before the show gets stale?(I thought it already was stale) We will see.
Is she too stupid to have thought of this herself? Probably.

I suppose all that really matters is that she's being paid well, but Bruce feels sorry for her. This is a problem humans have: for them, it's about more than just the money. Go figure.

I think a salient point here is that most people don't watch the show for her *mind*. They watch it for some other parts of her.

To be honest, how stupid is she, given that she's getting a lot of money to act in a certain way, when many people (at sporting events, for example) will do the same thing for free?

I think Hans Mast has a good point. I mean, I had never even heard of her until she was involved in a... scandalous... um... incident.

I've managed to save up roughly $24238 in my bank account, but I'm not sure if I should buy a house or not. Do you think the market is stable or do you think that home prices will decrease by a lot?
