The Dimwit Zone - Blogger Outcry Topples Instapundit
Famed uber-blogger Glenn Reynolds today announced that he is resigning from public life and will no longer blog. Reynolds, the helmsman of the popular blog Instapundit as well as a law professor at University of Tennessee, has been the center of controversy ever since it was reported in the blog Bad Example that Professor Reynolds does not own pajamas. Although it is not known how the Bad Example crew came by this information, it was quickly confirmed by the Tennessee Animal Welfare Authority (TAWA), who had recently conducted a raid of Reynolds' home in response to allegations he was using small dogs as a food source.
According to a spokesman for the Alliance of Free Blogs, who obtained the TAWA report using the Freedom of Information Act, the lack of pajamas is a smoking gun. "Everybody knows that bloggers are people who write un-edited material on their PCs while wearing pajamas. If you don't have pajamas, you can't blog."
Mr. Reynolds says the whole controversy has been a "terrible ordeal", and that he intends to "retire completely from public life and do something totally unrelated to journalism." He is expected to start his new job as the anchor for the CBS Evening News sometime next month.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat

Every time I read that "puppy blender" post I dissolve. It's the funniest thing I've ever read on the internet.
Of course, this post would be the...what are we this week Ferdi, the 6th or the 7th funniest site? Or is that the 5th?
