Notes from Ferdy - End Game for Terry Schiavo
Passions continue to run high as time runs out, as can be seen in this pro-Terri article by our friend Crystal Clear and this analysis by the Progressive Blog Alliance.
In the early Eighties the American public came to believe that a person without hope of regaining sentience has the right to die. Laws were passed to enable this. Now we're starting to see that perhaps the law went too far. Whether the law itself is wrong or the judge in the case is abusing it, the point is, we really need to take another look at that law.
