Web Site News - Principles of Good Blogging
Conservative Cat is an edited blog. This means that instead of letting the staff publish whatever it wants, we have an actual editor (Bruce) who applies certain standards of quality to each article before it can be posted. Because our articles are processed, Conservative Cat qualifies as genuine journalism rather than ordinary blogging.
Bruce and I were talking about his role earlier today, and it turns out he has a very simple criterion he uses to keep the rest of us honest, and it's one anybody can use.
Look at the front page of The Progressive Blog Alliance and make sure you don't sound anything like that.
