Catblogging - The Downside of Scented Candle Wax

by Ferdinand T Cat

WaxTrick.jpgThis is an example of how easy it is to draw an incorrect conclusion from the evidence. The spoon I'm licking in the photo is the one normally used by Barb Gigamaster when she's cooking fudge and other sweet stuff. Normally it's kept in the kitchen, so finding it here in the family room was a real treat. It smelled vaguely food-like, so I was completely unprepared to discover that it was covered in candle-wax. I'm still trying to figure out how you would use a wooden spoon when making home-made candles.

All I can say is: YUCK!

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat

Oh poor Ferdy. How they torment you so.

You deserve extra chin scritches for having to deal with that one.

And I just have to add, I really look forward to Ferdy's Fuzzy Fridays.

I expect that we will all end up paying for the greif he gets when he eventually needs medication of some kind. You see, unlike the Other Cat, and the Interloper, he has not been declawed.

Poor, poor Ferdy. How dare your pet humans not tell you when they change what items around the house are used for.

I know. It's terrible. I mean, if I wanted things to be changing all the time, I'd be the LIBERAL cat, right?

You have to be careful Ferdy...curiosity killed the cat you know...you are too cute to let anything like that happen to you
