Catblogging - Triple Threat

by Ferdinand T Cat

I have three pictures today. First, here's a photo of me guarding a plastic grocery bag. The plastic grocery bags are a constant source of conflict between me and Bruce. I like to lick them, and Bruce thinks it's dangerous. Well, of course, this is ridiculous. If they were dangerous, why would they make them taste like pasta? Anyway, I'm sitting on this one so he won't throw it away.

This is a picture of the Interloper sitting in a window. Notice once again the eyes. I know that there's a reflective coating on the retina and flash photography is flash photography, but still, there's something downright other-wordly about her.

The final picture shows the Other Cat sucking up to Barb Gigamaster's twin sister Maggie. Note the very blatant wrapping of the front legs around the arm. This is a major suck-up technique. Maggie is incredibly strong, and as a result is generally a major player in any attempt to medicate one of the cats. The Other Cat is hoping to get a free pass on tonight's dose of the anti-biotics.

I'm not fooled.

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat

BooBoo's official owner LongSufferingWife, insists that this suck-up technique is known as a top-top, and is an obvious piece of major cat affection.

Sucker, or willing victim? You decide....

What is it about Tyvek, photos and plastic bags that taste so good, Ferdy? Every cat I've ever been owned by has had an affection for them.

I'm no scientist, so I can't be sure, but I believe it's because plastic is made from the remains of dead dinosaurs. This is why they smell like Giant Economy Size lunch.
