Catblogging - Basic Training
As you know, the girl who feeds me will be leaving for college in four years and I'm trying to plan ahead. The hand in this photo belongs to the Bruce's youngest daughter, the Gremlin. What you're seeing in this case is a training exercise. First, I give her the eyes, then she takes a small piece of meat and I eat it out of her hand. While I'm eating, I purr loudly, which acts as a form of positive reinforcement. The Gremlin is exceptionally kind-hearted, so she should train quickly. The only downside is that eventually she'll leave for college, too. But if I get her up to speed quickly, I have seven years to get Bruce into shape instead of four. Even given his extremely low level of competence in simple motor skills, seven years should be plenty of time.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat

Yes, Ferdinand - scientists are now confirming what used to be a crackpot theory - that humans are more intelligent than was previously thought, and that some are even capable of being trained. Mine are coming along nicely.
