Undo the Damage! - Finally, a Sensible Plan for Iraq

by Tallulah Interloper

A bipartisan group of congressmen are calling for the United States to set a date for withdrawal from Iraq.

I think this is a great idea. When the Afghan mujahideen threw out the Soviets, America exercised a hands-off policy, and it led to the rise of the Taliban. Maybe the same thing could happen in Iraq!

Think about it. If the terrorists in Iraq are causing this much trouble with the U.S. Army in place, imagine what they could accomplish if we left! And there's no question that the terrorists oppose democracy. If we can force the Bush Administration to pull out early, it may be exactly what we need to get another anti-American regime installed in Baghdad.

It may be too late to save Saddam Hussein, but it's never too late to undo the damage!!!
