Carnivals - Carnival Form Updates
In between panic attacks, Bruce has been doing some overdue cleanup on the Carnival Submission Form.
First, Harvey of Bad Example has written an excellent How-To post for people new to the Blog Carnival scene. Bruce added a link to it in the form's NOTES section.
Two new carnivals have been added. The Carnival of Liberty celebrates the advancement of human liberty. Items of Interest is a periodic roundup of interesting blog posts hosted by Multiple Mentality.
