Carnivals - Smarter Than I on Hiatus, RINO Sightings Joins the List

The Smarter Than I carnival, which features posts submitted by people other than the authors, is going on hiatus, and has been removed from the Carnival Submission Form for the time being.

We have also added RINO Sightings, the official carnival of the Raging RINO Community. You can see the latest RINO carnival here.
