Laura Ingraham - The Wedding Thing
Okay. A bunch of people are coming to this site looking for news about Laura Ingraham's wedding, and I don't want them to go away unsatisfied, so here's what we know.
At the time she was diagnosed with breast cancer, Laura was engaged to a businessman named James V. Reyes. On May 11, she announced that they had experienced an amicable breakup, and it had something to do with the cancer.
This is Laura's second broken engagement we know of. Bruce claims the modern superwoman type suffers from a basic logic problem: the sort of guy willing to go through life with no higher goal than to be a helpmeet isn't going to have the moxie to ask her on a date. I don't believe a word of it, however. I think Laura saw a picture of me and couldn't imagine remaining in love with an inferior life form.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat

I was eagerly looking for ANYTHING about Laura and her prior engagement. I think she is so wonderful, smart, tough and conservative. As a black female I truly admire her power. I tell you I am black only because I think it is important for you to know that the ranks of the informed continue to grow. I am involved in a conservative group known as BRICK (Black Republican in (the) County of Kern). Get it? :-)
Thank you for writing respectfully about Laura.
I am glad to read that her absence is due to good stuff and not sad stuff.

Thanks for the kind words. BTW, people interested in learning more about BRICK can find an article about them at http://thenewundergroundrailroad.blogspot.com/2005/06/gop-casts-brick-in-bakersfield-ca.html.
