Carnivals - Expat Bloggers

The Expat Bloggers Carnival has been added to the Carnival Submit Form. The EBC is a new carnival dedicated to showing off posts by expatriate bloggers and other bloggers who have a cross-cultural focus, including third culture kids. Submissions are due every Saturday, and guidelines can be found here.
