Catblogging - Guard Position
This photo is a little fuzzy because it had to be taken using a zoom lens. This is because I'm guarding Bruce's laptop. He runs these long nightly database loads and if the children start using it to, for example, look up video game hints on the Internet, it slows down the loads and then he has less time to devote to my blog.
Of course, what they don't realize is that I'm balanced on the arm of a wooden rocking chair and if I move, the thing will start to rock and I'll fall off, which is extremely undignified, and I hate being undignified. So, really, the stern look I'm using here is a completely empty threat.
It works, though. Otherwise, Nate would have taken the picture from only a few feet away, without the zoom lens, and it wouldn't be so fuzzy.
