Point Well Taken - 09/28/05: What's Wrong with This Picture
We have known for some time that Tom DeLay is guilty of criminal misconduct, but this indictment is still puzzling. Bruce and I have read the whole thing several times, and there's a lot of minutiae regarding campaign finance laws, but not once does it mention his infamous remark about no fat being left in the Federal Budget.
This is like indicting a serial killer for jaywalking.
