Carnivals - Virginia Blog Carnival, Carnival of Satire

by Ferdinand T Cat

We have two new carnivals on the Carnival Submit Form.

The Virginia Blog Carnival is a carnival for Virginia bloggers! Submissions can be about any subject and are due every Sunday, 6pm ET. Guidelines can be found here.

The Carnival of Satire is run by Mark Rayner of The Skwib seeks satirical articles from all over the blogosphere. Only satire is accepted: parody counts, but plain-jane sarcasm and irony do not. Once a month, Mark will choose one submission as the best, and the winner will receive a copy of Mark's satirical novel The Amadeus Net.

The criteria for the Carnival of Satire is fairly detailed. Check out the official announcement and FAQ to get the straight scoop.

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat
