Notes from Ferdy - Talking to Peg-Eye Nate

by Ferdinand T Cat

Bruce's son Nate is currently attending the University of Illinois in Urbana, but Bruce and I talk to him every day thanks to the magic of MSN Messenger. This has led to an ugly rumor that I feel I must put to rest.

I do NOT get all my best ideas from talking to Nate. I am a superior life form and superior life forms do not need help thinking up profound observations. This rumor is a vicious slander, and as soon as I ask Nate how to deal with it, you're all going to be in BIG TROUBLE.

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat (with no help from Nate)

Of course you're a superior life form, Ferdy. Now if we can just figure out which one...

There is no doubt that C.C is correct. [but] My only question is, does Bruce really have a son? And what does ths son study? I only hope he is a writer, (and to go over board, a poet) to torture the C.C.! Nate sounds like an Intellectual extroidinaire; something we need in this country!

Well, I do exist and I am Bruce's son. I'm not a writer by study or profession, although I do have a very active imagination and I have given the twins ideas on occasion. Actually I'm in the Computer Science program up here. My plan is to establish a base in computer programming, and then look for an opening in comedic acting. Currently I try to avoid the intellectual title. I'm trying to convince me Religious World studies prof to go easy on me, and labels like "intellectual" don't help.
