Notes from Ferdy - The Importance of Being Extreme
I must say I'm getting mighty tired of the pejorative use of the term "extremist". Democrats in particular seem to think that the winning strategy in any confrontation is to tag the opposition as extreme or radical.
I think that is just plain silly. After all, would anybody think this blog would be worth reading if it were called Moderate Wisdom?
Respectfully submitted,

I've come to the conclusion that radical and extreme are just synonyms for "sane." Notice that rarely are those on the left called radical or extreme? Usually, the words used are nuts, wacko, off-their-meds, wackadoodles, taking the short cut down insanity lane to Electroshock Highway, etc.
