Web Site News - It Just Keeps Getting Worse

by Ferdinand T Cat

One of Bruce's jobs is to examine the search words used to get to this site. The words give us clues are to what people are looking for when they come here. For example, after Laura Ingraham got cancer, people started clicking through with phrases like "laura ingraham cancer". This led to a series of articles I did on the medical basis of Laura's cancer treatments.

Sometimes, however, the search words are an important warning about web trends. You can imagine my horror when this article started getting hits on the phrase "interloper".

Yes, folks, if you type "interloper" into Google, about halfway down the front page there's a link to an article about my orange arch-nemesis. BUT (and this is the painful part) if you type in "genius", I don't even show up in the first 20 pages!

This has got to be related somehow to the Google censorship thing. Is it possible that the Interloper is working for the Chinese?

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat
