Web Site News - Thanks to Annette of Hosting Matters

by Ferdinand T Cat

Today we were notified that AT&T has finally removed the EMAIL block on our server. This was a very annoying problem. AT&T tells you to send them an EMAIL if you feel you've been unfairly blocked, and of course, the complaint EMAIL is itself blocked. I suspect this policy means they get very few complaints, but it presents a difficulty if you run a legitimate website that's been put on the block list anyway. To this day, we have no idea how our server got into this situation; it was, after all, our other server that was hacked by spammers.

In any case, thanks to the efforts of Annette the customer service rep from Hosting Matters, AT&T has relented and we can send EMAIL to AT&T customers again.

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat
