Catblogging - The Problem of the Refrigerator Door
Here we have a picture of a true modern tragedy. The refrigerator door is open, and I'm on the wrong side. By the time I get around it, the door will be closed and the cheese drawer once again beyond my reach.
I find this whole thing very annoying. With my sensitive hearing, I can hear that the refrigerator door is opening as soon as it happens, but because of the slippery floor in the kitchen and dining area, by the time I arrive it's usually too late. I've asked that they put in plastic mats, but Bruce keeps complaining that it's a non-essential item. What could possibly be non-essential about something that enables me to eat more cheese?
Anyway, I thought it important to point out that my life is not all sunshine and roses.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat

You mean they don't have a cat flap on your door?

ferdinand,
you'll have to get socks so you can run across the kitchen floor.

Dear Ferdie,
You think you have trouble. The lady used to shoo shoo us to the sunroom for night time rest around 9 PM. We had our watches set and everything. Since that flea bag dog has been sick and has wormed his way into the big carrier in the sunroom for the night, she makes us go out early, TO KEEP THE DOG COMPANY! Have you ever heard of anything that absurd.. a cat keeping a dog company. But I guess if he's dumb enough wo like us, who are we to tell him otherwise.
CATS RULE, DOGS DROOL!!! And boy does that apply to this one.
Sincerely,
Willow, and the "Crew"
