Confused Americans for Truth - Fighting Continues During Temporary Halt
Last night, Israel announced it would halt air strikes against Lebanon for 48 hours. The idea was to allow Hezbollah's human shields time to flee to other parts of the country.
Today, MSNBC reports on the progress of the temporary halt: three Israeli soldiers were wounded in a Hezbollah attack, Israel dropped some bombs, and Hezbollah has fired more rockets.
I'm going out on a bit of a limb here, but it's possible that Hezbollah is not really interested in allowing the Lebanese civilians to escape the fighting.
Also in the news: Hugo Chavez is applying for membership in the Axis of Evil.
