EMAIL Hell - Importance Update Is To Make Computers Being Safe
One of the biggest problems on the web is the use of zombie computers to spread spam. A zombie computer contains a malicious program running in the background that sends email without the computer user's knowledge. Spammers use zombie computers to protect themselves from being shut down. They are also are utterly shameless, which is why they have no compunction about sending out messages like the following.
Mail server report.
Our firewall determined the e-mails containing worm copies are being sent from your computer.
Nowadays it happens from many computers, because this is a new virus type (Network Worms).
Using the new bug in the Windows, these viruses infect the computer unnoticeably. After the penetrating into the computer the virus harvests all the e-mail addresses and sends the copies of itself to these e-mail addresses
Please install updates for worm elimination and your computer restoring.
Best regards, Customers support service
The "updates for worm elimination" packaged with this message contain a virus. This particular one was a member of the W32.Stration series, which (and this is the shameless part) turns your PC into a zombie computer that downloads and mails spam.
The message relates to a legitimate problem and could very easily be the real thing. The tip-off in this case is that like so much spam the grammar is beyond awful.
So if you are a parent or teacher and you run across a child who does not understand the importance of correct grammar and spelling, just tell them about spam. The last thing anybody wants is to be blacklisted by the anti-spam services just because they don't know the proper use of an infinitive.
Respectfully submitted,
