Notes from Ferdy - Today's Mailbag
I received two emails from other bloggers today. First, iamericanright wanted me to plug his new video. It's a silent film, starting with examples of different kinds of fascism over the past decades and ending with a tribute to American servicemen. If you don't know your history very well, it may be hard to follow, and the examples are pretty brutal, but it does make its point.
In the other message, Bill and Kathee of World Famous Recipes informed me that they have nominated me for Blog of the Day at the Blog of the Day Awards Site. This sort of thing is the best way to get a plug from me because the ability to recognize my immense talent is one of the signs of good taste and high intelligence.
The collection of recipes stored at World Famous Recipes is both large and varied, and can be retrieved by category or searched by keyword. Bruce was able to find 8 recipes that use mozzarella cheese just by typing mozzarella into the search box. The pizza dip looks very promising, and I'm trying to convince Peg-Eye Nate to make it for me. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a recipe involving freshly-killed rabbit, but I'm sure it's in the works.
In any case, give both sites a look and tell them Ferdy sent you.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat
