Catblogging - The Cat-Bed Wars

One of the most important things a cat needs to know is how to show the pet humans who's boss. I like sleeping on the Gremlin's old shoes, and my family thought I would prefer a cat-bed. The problem is, sleeping in the cat-bed means rescinding my property rights on the old shoes, so I was having none of it. The Gremlin thought that maybe it was the smell of the shoes that I found attractive, so her first attempt to get me into the bed was to fill it with old socks. As you can see in this photo, I was having none of that, either.
Her next idea was to move the shoes into the cat-bed. Of course, this poses no problem to a superior life form, as you can see in this photo.
There's only one way this test of wills could end. Here you see me after the basket has been donated to the Other Cat. Note that I get to keep the old socks.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat

Glad I stopped by today. Now I know what to do, and what not to do, with our brand new kitty. Thank you oh most powerful four-legged gatto for being here and dispensing with your feline wisdom. Now I can cat blog with the best of 'em. ;-)
By the way, gatto is what we named our brand new kitty. It's Italian for cat.
