Bruce: there is, perhaps, light at the end of this tunnel. You see, we were diagnosed with a benign familial tremor (a degenerative but not fatal nerve condition that makes one's hands shake) some years ago, and a doctor recommended caffeine therapy as an alternative to pharmaceutical treatments. The theory is apparently similar to the one which indicates Ritalin may help hyperactive children. (Obvious and snarky self-deprecating jokes omitted.) At any rate, we must consume 4-6 cups of coffee a day for the caffeine to work, but it does, in fact, stop our shakes. All you must do to recover access to the Dew is come up with a legitimate medical condition requiring it.
