Adventures with Bruce - An Important Thing to Know About My Blog

by Ferdinand T Cat

There is a growing number of people out there who seem to think that Bruce is a really smart guy who only pretends to be stupid and that I'm no more than a glorified ventriloquist's dummy.

This is, fortunately, something that can be disproved very easily, though you need to know some things about Bruce. Bruce became very ill when he was 18 months old, displaying severe allergies to odd things like chicken and carrots. When he was five years old they gave him some treatments that enabled him to survive, but the allergies persisted, and until the age of 17 he had no sense of smell. This completely screwed up his sense of taste.

So, as a test, I had Bruce call Sargento's Cheese and ask them if they sold the best-tasting cheese in the world. He talked to Susie at customer service and she said that yes, in fact, they did.

The point is, with his screwy taste buds, there is no possible way Bruce could have known this, so obviously, he's not the one writing my articles.

I hope this clears up any misunderstandings you may have about what goes on here.

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat
