Catblogging - Dinnertime Conflict

by Ferdinand T Cat

Dispute over whether a dish contains cat food or human food
Here you have an example of what many experts believe is the reason humankind invented the table: as a device to protect mealtime from cats.

In the photo, Barb Gigamaster is eating dinner and doing homework at the same time. This happens a lot, mostly because the store where she works is constantly calling and asking her to put in extra hours. The problem is that her dinner plate is at eye level for the Other Cat, and this makes it fair game. You'll notice that Barb is unconsciously moving the plate further from the Other Cat's hungry eyes, but the Other Cat is still pressing her claim.

While the Other Cat is distracted, I'm in the kitchen finishing off her made-in-the-USA Purina NF. I know what you're thinking, but it's not true. I made a great personal sacrifice in order to help my fellow feline lose weight. Now it just so happens that she didn't see it that way and I had to spend the whole night hiding in the Gremlin's room, but it doesn't change the fact that I had nothing but the best intentions.

Respectfully submitted,

Ferdinand T. Cat
