Confused Americans for Truth - An Attempt to Simplify
![]()
Things are a little complicated in the middle east right now, so I thought a map would help.
In the north, the Lebanese Army is embroiled in a fight with Fatah partisans linked to Al-Qaeda. Nearby, Hizbollah is firing rockets into northern population zones in Israel. It is believed the rockets are of Iranian manufacture, smuggled in from Syria. In the Gaza strip, Hamas is raiding and looting Fatah strongholds while in the West Bank Fatah is doing the same to Hamas.
Meanwhile, everyone hopes that Israel will refrain from doing anything that might encourage violence.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat
