Notes from Ferdy - Long Overdue Snideness Festival
Bruce and I have been on fairly cool terms for the past few days, but we've agreed that if I let him spend today working, he'll let me have the computer again tomorrow. In the meantime, he agreed I can be snide for the next few minutes. I've really missed the snideness.
Before we begin, I want to point out that I am designed to hunt, and if you're going to wake up a sleeping cat after using a high-protein shampoo, you should expect some serious bite marks.
Meanwhile in the recent news...
- I'm very happy to learn that America is ready to elect a black or female President but what we really need is a President who can win the Iraq war. Our current President has already demonstrated it's possible to lose it.
- I expect the return of the Latin Mass to cause almost as much rampant anti-Semitism as we saw after The Passion of the Christ, which is to say, none.
- It's nice to know that Fred Thompson is tied with Hillary in the latest polls, but it would be even nicer to know that he's really running.
- And to show you that there really is hope in the world, the builders in Baghdad are starting to outperform the bombers.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat
