EMAIL Hell - Earn Up To $1.20 Per Hour for Looking at Ads
If you've gotten an email ad from bux.to, you're probably wondering exactly what the scam is. The ad contains the following language to reassure you that it's the Real Thing.
Bux.to is NOT a Autosurf, Multi-Level Marketing, Pyramid, Ponzi, Matrix or "Get Rich Quick" scheme.
They are right on the money with that last one. You get paid a penny for looking at an ad for 30 seconds or more. There is built-in logic to prevent you from looking at two ads at the same time, so your maximum revenue from this thing is $1.20 an hour (or $1.50 if you pay the $59 per year for a premium membership).
The way you make money from this deal is through referrals. If you sign up 10 friends who also do the maximum ad-viewing, then you can earn $13.20 an hour. Good luck finding those friends.
It seems a very slow way to make money. Plus, if you buy any of the advertised items, it would eat up your profits for the whole week, and if you don't buy anything, the advertisers are going to go elsewhere and the whole scheme will collapse.
So it's not a scam, but in this case, that's small comfort.
Respectfully submitted,
Ferdinand T. Cat
