Notes from Ferdy - Blogging Like a Pro
Trackbacks we send to Pink Flamingo are routinely bounced, and the trackbacks she sends to the Ping Festival sidebar have to be filtered out because they destroy the page layout. This means that I periodically have to link to her directly.
Right now she has an article on how to blog and how to improve your hit count that's worth reading. Check out The Right and Wrong of Blogging.
Respectfully submitted,

Heck, her/his site locked my whole computer up and I had to soft reboot and it never did load!

The post says I have to link to technorati and delicious, but it doesn't say where to link.
I don't even know that those sites are. Actually visiting the pages doesn't clear much up for me. Why does linking to them help build traffic?
Also, I'd love to do trackbacks. I don't know how to do them without installing stuff on my computer. I blog through a web browser, not with some fancy blogging software package.
Whatever. If I wanted to get famous on my weblog, I'd post more often and more coherently. As it stands, I just write to vent.
